Building on your newfound understanding of how your mind works, this workshop gives you the specific strategies to create lasting change that sticks. You'll learn why most change attempts fail and how to work with your mental operating system instead of against it.
Week 3: How to Live an Aligned Life in 3 Simple Strategies
Bring everything together by learning how to live in alignment with your values and authentic self. Move from chaos and overwhelm to clarity and purpose through proven strategies that honor your truth.
Week 4: Secure & Sovereign - Reclaim Your Energy Through Authentic Boundaries
Perfect for the over-giver ready to feel secure, energized, and effective. This workshop transforms your relationship with boundaries from something that feels selfish or difficult to something that creates space for your most productive and authentic self to thrive.
About Ashley:
Ashley Taylor brings a unique perspective to personal development and somatic healing, forged through 15+ years in wildland firefighting and aviation. She understands intimately how chronic stress affects both body and spirit.
When injuries forced her to step back from firefighting, Ashley embraced transformation, discovering that true resilience comes from addressing all dimensions of human experience. As a Master Practitioner and Integrative NLP Coach and certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, she helps busy professionals break through limiting beliefs and develop nervous system flexibility.
Through Born of Ashes, Ashley's sessions create safe containers for deep nervous system reset, guiding clients from chronic fight-or-flight into coherence, clarity, and embodied presence.
