In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll move slowly and intentionally through practices that support clarity from the inside out. You’ll begin with gentle somatic movement to settle your body and shift out of urgency. From there, breathwork will help soften the noise so your deeper knowing can rise to the surface.
We’ll then move into a guided visioning process inspired by soul-inquiry work, exploring what you’re ready to Say Goodbye to, what you’re carrying forward, and what your body is truly asking for in the coming year. Instead of creating a to-do list, you’ll uncover the qualities, feelings, and grounded actions that align with your inner Sacred compass. You will also create a sacred Intention Spray with essential oils to remind your senses of this path.
We’ll close with a restorative sound bath, giving your intentions space to anchor into your whole being
You’ll leave with a clear, embodied sense of where your sacred compass is pointing, and the next small steps that support your path.
