LYRA POP UP WORKSHOP

Have you always been interested in Aerial Hoop but have not tried it yet. Here is your chance to come and give it a whirl!

This opportunity is inspired by Jenn Crawford who expressed interest in Lyra. Ask and you shall receive.

In this fun and upbeat 90 minute workshop, we will be exploring the Aerial Hoop and all that it has to offer. We will start with a warm up and then learn the main fundamental skills to build a solid foundation from. We will progress through a series of beginner syllabus moves. This workshop will have an intuitive nature with putting together combos with some time set aside for freestyle and play!
