Breathwork Basics is led by recent graduates of the Breathwork Level 1 True North Yoga Teacher Training module facilitated by Corrine Hathaway. All level students are welcome to join these classes, especially those newer to the practices of intentional breathing.

Join us the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of November and December for a transformative experience that taps into the powerful healing benefits of intentional breathing. You can expect to enter a safe, sacred space where you’ll be given the time and freedom to heal through focused breathing. The practice encourages a deep connection with both the body and the mind, facilitating release and renewal.

To get the most from the session, please come with an empty stomach, as the breathwork involves deep, rhythmic patterns that stimulate the organs, reset the nervous system, alkalize the body, and foster a profound sense of release and integration.

Benefits of breathwork exercises are abundant to the body and mind.
