Join us for a special yoga class to honor the fall equinox and a season of release. Through intentional movement, breath and meditation, we’ll practice letting go of what no longer serves us and creating space for new growth. This class is a celebration of commUNITY with all donations directly supporting the Yoga Tree of Boise Foundation, helping make yoga accessible to all.
