Once a month, under the trees, we gather - and the circle remembers what we’ve forgotten:
How good it feels to move without judgment.
To make sound without needing a reason.
To belong without needing to explain ourselves.
These circles are not a performance.
They're a remembering.
A remembering that your nervous system deserves to exhale.
That expression isn’t extra, it’s scientifically proven - essential.
That rhythm is your birthright.
Come sit in the circle.
Come laugh, move, release, connect.
Come as you are—and leave more fully yourself.

🌀 An Open Drum Circle - guided by Shane Kipper with flow, presence, and invitation
🎤 Voice + Body Activation - gentle grounding practices to help you land in your body with Ian Guthrie
🌿 Sacred Smoke Station - cleanse your energy and recenter your intention
🪶 A Brave & Soft Space - to be seen, heard, and held without pressure or pretense
This isn’t about being a “drummer.”
It’s about tuning back in - together.
