Join us for an empowering presentation led by Lieutenant Adam Nielsen of the Boise Police Department. In the legal profession, the ability to communicate with precision and composure is essential—not only in the courtroom, but in negotiations, client interactions, and workplace dynamics. This session focuses on the art of de-escalation through strategic communication, equipping you with tools to manage conflict, reduce tension, and foster constructive dialogue in high-pressure legal environments. You will leave with actionable strategies to apply in your daily work, whether managing a contentious deposition, guiding a distressed client, or resolving internal team conflict. This is not just about avoiding confrontation—it’s about leading with confidence, empathy, and control.
Doors will open at 5:00pm for socializing, with the presentation starting at 5:30pm
Charcuterie and beverages will be provided.
