Join us on The Deck for a hot air balloon pilot's breakfast—Champagne & Propane! Our building offers a perfect spot to watch as the hot air balloons soar over Boise during the annual Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic at Ann Morrison Park, so this year, we're making it a party! Soak in the views from 5 stories up, have a glass of bubbly (or OJ), learn some hot air balloon trivia, and talk to longtime RE/MAX balloon pilot, Russ McClain! Plus our famous Chef Anna will be on The Deck serving up delicious breakfast food for purchase.
Balloon launch time begins at 7:20am.
Russ McLain – Career Hot Air Balloonist
Started crewing for balloons in 1972 after meeting a pilot that invited me out to crew. I had seen one once in the sky but was intrigued and wanted to see one up closer. After crewing that first time I decided I had to go for a ride. After crewing several times, I got my first ride and decided right then a there it was so fun, I had to get my license. I joined a hot air balloon club in early 1973 called Balloonatics to get experience for my license.

- First to put a balloon up in Singapore
- Flew a balloon in Puerto Rico
- Flown in many ballon festivals and races all over the country
