From beginners to advanced yogis - balancing on your hands is a fun and empowering part of yoga asana.

Come prepared to build your strength, flexibility, and confidence - physically and mentally - as we break down some basic arm balance postures to more challenging poses and inversions. Gain the knowledge for how, and when, to go further as you advance in your yoga practice.
