Becoming One with the Shadow

This 3-hour immersive workshop invites you to step into the often-hidden parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity. Through guided breathwork, grounding practices, emotional exploration, and creative expression, you’ll be supported in meeting shadow emotions within a heart-centered space. Together, we’ll transform difficult feelings into pathways of insight and integration.

To close, we’ll share tea and fruit in community, allowing time for reflection and gentle re-entry.
