In this beginner-friendly workshop, we will be focusing on creating a stunning handmade pendant using three core wires and a natural, stone cabochon. You will learn how to weave a bail and secure a stone to a wire frame, as well as practice adding your own flair to your piece. This class is perfect for those new to jewelry making, as well as artists looking to add a new skill to their creative repertoire.
All supplies will be provided by your instructor or by Catalyst, but if you have a stone cabochon that you would like to use, you may bring it!
Optional items to bring:
- Any cabochons that you may be partial to and would like to use in your piece
- Water in a spill-proof container
- Layered clothing
