Circuit class at Monroe

# Circuit classes start again this Thursday, 9/4, at the Monroe Township Community Room from 6:30 to 7:30PM!!

*Cardiovascular and muscular conditioning in one class! Moves include assorted cardio drills, and muscle strengthening exercises using body weight and/or various equipment, for a full-body workout. Options are offered, so you decide the intensity and challenge that works for you. *

*Participants should bring their own yoga mat and small dumbbells/water bottles/etc..** *
