What to Expect:
The event begins with a Reiki-infused sound bath, which invites immersion in the healing vibrations of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. This portion of the event aims to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and balance the body's energy centers.
As the sound waves guide attendees into a meditative state, Reiki practitioners offer individual Reiki healing to support the deeper release of blocked energy and facilitate physical and emotional well-being.
The evening transitions into a community Kirtan, a devotional practice of call-and-response singing of sacred mantras. This allows attendees to center themselves, calm their minds, and connect with others in a shared spiritual experience.
