Laura’s gripping book explores the aftermath of merchant Nevell Norway’s murder, the notorious trial of the Lightfoot brothers, and the turbulent journeys of Sarah Norway and Maria Lightfoot.
Dive into the process of transforming historical fact into creative fiction as Laura shares insights into her research, the real events behind the narrative, and the vibrant 19th-century Bodmin setting. Plenty of time is offered for lively Q&A and group discussion
This workshop takes place on Saturday, 22nd November, 10.30-12.30, and costs £30, including a signed copy of The Wives Left Behind and refreshments.
