Dinner with Winemaker Natalie West from Ferrari-Carano Vineyards & Winery

Family-owned since 1981, Ferrari-Carano Vineyards & Winery is a leading producer of world class wines from estate vineyards in California’s finest wine-growing regions. From a 30-acre plot of grapes, the winery has grown to 24 certified sustainable vineyard ranches in six appellations make for exquisite choices to pair with this exceptional four-course dinner.

Their winemaker Natalie West brings you her delicious, full-bodied Chardonnay to be paired with Chef Reny’s delicious Dungeness Crab Cakes. Second, a velvety smooth Merlot is paired with miso-glazed Chilian Sea Bass. Followed by a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon and Steak Au Poivre. Dessert is served with El Dorado Noir, a Black Muscat from the Russian River Valley. Harmonious flavors unfold as toffee and vanilla gracefully end with notes of ripe black cherries.
