Yin + Sound Healing

Join Kristin Gavin in studio for a special Yin + Sound Healing Experience. The singing bowls enhance the usual relaxing YIN YOGA with LIVE sound vibrations throughout the class.



Tibetan and crystal sound bowls have been shown to reduce feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression, and increase emotional well-being. This class may be especially useful in decreasing tension in individuals who have not previously practiced this form of meditation.



Expect to leave this class with a sense of deep relaxation.
