💜Ladies, you are invited to join the Thankful Thursday Guided Gratitude Meditation hosted by Certified Wellness Event Manager and Self-Published Author, Mallory Himebaugh.
🌞Community always thrives when making moments for intentional grounding, encouragement, and beautiful gratitude. Come join us in sharing our gratitudes through this guided meditation and sharing circle on Spanish River Beach Park in Boca.
🩵When: Thursday Sept 4th, 6-aprox 7pm
🌞Parking: Residents can use their permits at the Spanish River Park or along Spanish River Blvd/A1A.
✨Cost - Donation. (Recommended donation $10. Venmo/Paypal/CashApp/Zelle, Cash)
💜Raffle prizes from local vendors at Boca Farmers Market will be awarded at conclusion of meditation!
🩵What You Need to Bring: a blanket, pillow, or towel to sit on comfortably, and an open mind and open heart.
🌧️ Will cancel due to rain if necessary (updates will be provided in the event the day of if questionable)
💜Meet near lifeguard house #15. Look for lanterns, blankets, and a wind chime. (Look right if you are coming in from the Spanish River Parking lot tunnel.)
