Join us in Ramen Lab West Boca on Saturday 27th at 9:30am. We’re teaming up with F45 to bring you a high-energy HITT Burpees & Brunch in West Boca Ramen Lab. Push through a fun, sweat-filled session surrounded by a community of like minded people, then reward yourself with an exclusive brunch, plus a refreshing protein smoothie to cool down.
The class will be 45 minutes, followed by a refreshing F45 themed light brunch menu.
Tickets cost $20 for F45 Members: Workout class is free, $20 for brunch🥢
Non-Members tickets cost $45 which includes class and brunch🥤

A fun heart-pumping hybrid workout. Class starts at 9:30am sharp. Please don't be late.
