Cosmic Dawn Shamanic Drum Bath - Return To Light

If you have been to one of my Sound Baths previously I look forward to welcoming you back. If you haven't you will receive a warm welcome. This fabulous session is currently only available at my Gong Studio at Chase Farm.

Your journey will be very special and magical, invoking your inner senses. Your destination is a place where wellbeing, relaxation and healing abide, a place where altered states of consciousness, plus high vibrational healing energy await you, and for this Cosmic Dawn offering you an opportunity to connect with your higher self.

For this special session Micheal uses Koshi Air Chimes, Native American Rattles, and Shamanic Drum, with Tibetan Singing bowls, combined with Om chanting to bring you a mesmerising session like no other.

Our Higher Self is a constant guiding light of love, wisdom, peace and understanding that transcends the everyday consciousness of our lower physical self. It is the wise being within each, which resides in a higher dimension where it remains connected to our lower physical self at all times, and knows absolutely everything about us,including every thought, feeling, experience, desire and action we have taken, good and not so good. It does not judge us, or blame us when we get it wrong, and it knows our true purpose on this physical plane. And while our lower self often forgets that we came from the Universe, our higher self remains part of everything and everybody in the seen and unseen Universe.

Micheal's knowledge and experience with Spiritual practices of internal Chi Kung, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Hypnotherapy and more recently with Shamanism extends beyond 20 years, and combined with modified Breathwork, Sound Therapy, where he uses Shamanic Rattles, and Drums, accompanied with powerful Om Chanting Sounds as well as Spiritual Intent to connect to your higher self, and for your higher self to connect to you. The goal is to guide your mind and brain into an Altered state of consciousness where your can connect with your higher self to gain knowledge, guidance, insight as well as the profound feelings of calm, peace and unconditional Love from the higher dimensions.

At its core, connecting with your higher self means tapping into your inner wisdom and intuition, and cultivating a deeper understanding of yourself. This journey can help you uncover your true purpose in life, and lead to a greater sense of fulfillment and happiness.

Sound therapy is a very powerful tool, helping us unplug ourselves from the hectic grid, and activate, and modify our states of consciousness in a positive way, to readjust the bodies natural rhythms, release tension and energy blockages, and bring inner calm and stillness, where deep healing can then occur. The powerful sound and vibrations flow through and saturate our body energetically, emotionally, mentally, physically, and even spiritually. The Drumming helps connect the neuro-pathways between our left and right hemispheres of our brain. So, when the logical left hemisphere and the intuitive right hemisphere of our brain begin to pulsate together, our inner guidance system or intuition becomes stronger, and elevating us into the Universe to connect with our higher selves, and benevolent beings from higher dimensions.

Deepak Chopra describes awakening as having an "awareness of your individual self and the connection between that and everything else". This more enlightened, higher state of consciousness is thought to provide us with a clearer understanding of who we are, and why we're here. For this session Micheal uses a 'Mother Beat', a slow and steady rythmic heartbeat to help connect to our inner wisdom, and higher self.

• Your Healing Journey starts at 7pm. with a selection of crystals for you to hold, and place on your third eye, and heart chakra as well as some Selenite and clear quartz to place above your head. Once you are comfortable and settled Micheal will give a brief introduction and set the intention, for you all to connect with the Universe. then your higher self and for your higher self to connect to you.
• With your eyes closed Micheal will begin playing the koshi Air chimes, as he guides you with Deep double belly breathing which uses a long deep breath in, quickly followed by a short sharp breath, a short pause then by a long deep breath out. This will remove more C02 (Carbon Dioxide) from your body than any other breathing method, together with any stale stagnant negative energy that has been trapped in your body. This method is also more effective in lowering stress, anxiety and tension, as well as your blood pressure and providing more relaxation for your body.
• The deep breathing with eyes closed will help slow your brain waves from Beta, to Alpha, while having a direct positive effect on the vagus nerve causing your parasympathetic nervous system to relax the bodies main organs.
• The crystals you will be holdi, and have around you have all been Reikied so you will receive both Crystal and Reiki healing energy. These will also work to raise your Vibration for the duration of the session.
• Micheal's first guided meditation will be Qigongs Healing or Inner smile, which will send healing energy directly into your lungs, heart, before directing it into your third eye chakra.
• Micheal plays the Native American Rattle, before transitioning to his Shamanic Drum, quietly at first, before picking up pace with its rhythmic beat. Micheal will ask you to concentrate on the sound of the drum, while giving some positive suggestions for you to repeat Your brainwaves will slow further, as the Shamanic Drum cleanses and washes away any negativity and energy blockages, while calming and soothing your inner senses.
• Micheal will then guide you on your inner journey. After several minutes he will leave you to either continue with your journey, or you can focus on the drum or breathing.
• Your brainwaves will slow further taking you beyond Alpha into Theta and possibly Delta.
• Now you can focus on and absorb the healing energy from the Shamanic Drum flowing through every part of your body, or you can focus on your slow rhythmic breathing, as you continue with your journey.
• Your body's vibrational rate will have already started to rise, to match the higher vibrations from the Sound, Crystals, and Reiki. As this happens more negative energy in your body will begin to collapse, and fall away and this will initiate your body to begin healing itself. The high vibration helps connect us to the universe, where our already altered states of consciousness become further expanded as well as offering us

• Your body's vibrational rate will have already started to rise, to match the higher vibrations from the Sound, Crystals, and Reiki. As this happens more negative energy in your body will begin to collapse, and fall away and this will initiate your body to begin healing itself. • Many will feel that time itself can become distorted where the session feels shorter or longer. but eventually it does come to an end, as the Beat of the Drum falls silent. This is not an empty silence however, it is a sacred silence, created by the Instruments sounds fading away, leaving the Sound Space full of intense profound healing power. Many people find this part of the session the most powerful and Micheal will give you time to absorb this energy as you slowly return to Earth.

Drumming is a type of sound therapy, which is a very powerful tool, allowing us to unplug ourselves from the hectic grid, and activate, and modify our states of consciousness in a positive way, to readjust the body's natural rhythms, release tension and energy blockages, and bring inner calm and stillness, where deep healing can then occur.

Drumming can induce a natural “high” by increasing Alpha brain waves. When the brain changes from Beta waves (normal concentration) to Alpha waves, you feel calm and relaxed, and produce feelings of well-being and even euphoria, which may help people who suffer from mental illness, such as depression and anxiety.

When used with breathwork it quietens our minds further, helping to deepen our levels of calm and relaxation, as the brain releases positive happy hormones to help us feel good, while reducing our blood pressure, lowering tension, stress, and anxiety, and even reducing pain in the body.

Please try to avoid a large meal, and any alcohol prior to arriving. It is quite normal for your body temperature to drop during a Sound Bath, or any energy work, and warm loose fitting clothes, and socks are recommended, especially on cold days. There is nothing you need bring other than an open heart and a smile.Micheal has a choice of his comfortable Chaise Longue Sofa, Reclined Chair and footstool or a traditional Yoga mat. Cushions for your head, and back (should you need them), and plenty of blankets to keep you warm and toasty during the session are all available. However please feel free to bring your own blanket and cushion if you prefer.

In the protection and safety of the Gong Space, harmful negative energies seccumb to the more abundant and powerful positive energies being integrated into every single cell of our body. However more sensitive people may recall, and even feel the memory of the issue surrounding the negative energy before it enters into a state of collapse. This applies to other therapies,but more so with combined Sound and Reiki healing. Where this happens it can cause brief moments of anxiety, grief or sadness for some people, before those harmful negative energies fall away and collapse. Micheal will advise you at the start of the session that this can happen, and if it does to restart your deep belly breathing and inner smile which will act to ground you as well as minimising any anxieties.

Selenite Used to Raise the body's Vibration and help connect us to our higher selves and the Universe. This crystal is believed to have the power to cleanse and charge other crystals, clear blockages in your energy field, and direct high-frequency energy into the body, promoting spiritual growth and mental clarity.

Clear Quartz can be used for almost any purpose, but it will be programmed to help to clear your thoughts and where you want to go in life and how to get there. Amethyst is one of the most spiritual crystals, it is believed to stimulate the third eye chakra, enhancing intuition and physic gifts while encouraging spiritual wisdom, awareness and protection.

The brain releases several “feel-good hormones.” These happy hormones evoke euphoria and excitement in our minds.These include dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin. Dopamine makes us feel pleasure, the kind we feel listening to music, etc. Meanwhile, serotonin is a natural mood booster that helps us to fight depression. Crystal, Reiki and Sound healing combined together are generally considered safe for most people, regardless of age or fitness level. However as a precaution they may not be recommended during pregnancy, or those diagnosed with epilepsy, seizures, or some mental health conditions, especially when taking prescribed psychotropic drugs.

This also applies to anyone who has a pacemaker or other electrical or mechanical device fitted. For those who wear a hearing aid it is recommended that these are turned down to avoid any discomfort.
