Join us for a winter evening where refined Italian cuisine meets artful mixology. This intimate collaboration between Chef Antonio Albano of AMA Private Dining and Brendan Torpey of Shaken & Stirred Mixology brings together two celebrated Lowcountry talents for a curated, seasonal tasting experience.
Set within the timeless charm of May River Manor, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully paced five-course menu paired with inventive cocktails (or mocktails upon request), warm hospitality, and a quietly luxurious atmosphere.

Truffle Garlic Knot — warm brioche brushed with truffle brown butter & garlic confit, whipped ricotta, and crispy Parm dust

Paired with: Prosecco with Aperol Pearls — a playful sparkle to open the evening
Late Summer Insalata Rosa — shaved radicchio, pickled grapes, warm pancetta vinaigrette, Parmigiano frico, Le Clarisse olive oil
Paired with: Lillet Citrus Bloom — lillet, lemon, and a touch of effervescence for bright contrast
AMA Mozzarella in Carrozza — crispy layers of mozzarella & fontina, lemon zest, anchovy aioli
Paired with: Calabrian Fire — a spirited balance of Calabrian chile and roasted macadamia warmth
Radiatori alla Vodka — fresh extruded radiatori in Calabrian chile–spiked vodka sauce, Parmigiano-Reggiano, crispy guanciale pangrattato
Paired with: Rose & Thyme Fizz — gin, rose, cantaloupe, and thyme ice with champagne acid — floral, delicate, and effervescent
Veal Parmigiana — pan-fried veal cutlet topped with San Marzano tomato sugo and melted mozzarella, served with charred broccolini and herb-buttered mafaldine
Paired with: Barolo Rosso — Barolo, rhubarb purée, strawberry, grappa, and Zucca Rabarbaro — deep and elegant
Frozen Zabaglione Cannoli — pistachio shell, frozen marsala zabaglione mousse, fig caramel
Paired with: Modern Spumoni — layered notes of chocolate, pistachio, and cherry to close the evening
