October Restorative Yoga w/ Alicia Welch

Come enjoy an hour of restorative yoga with Alicia Welch. This class offering will help you melt the tension away. Included in your Membership.

Restorative Yoga Class — a sanctuary of stillness and support.

Come as you are and settle into a space where rest is the practice. With the help of props—bolsters, blankets, blocks, and more—you’ll be gently held in restful postures designed to soothe the nervous system and release deep layers of tension.

Each shape is an invitation to soften, to breathe with ease, and to reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your body. There’s no need to stretch, strengthen, or strive—just space to be, exactly as you are.

Plenty of room. All the props. Deep rest awaits.
