Autumn is the perfect time to embrace practices of grounding, stillness, inward focus, mindfulness, release & renewal in preparation for Winter.

This is a monthly 4 class series that will incorporate gentle movement through Yin, Restorative Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation, Inquiry & Sound to move energy in your subtle body aiming to achieve positive changes in the physical, emotional & mental bodies and bring you into alignment with the shift of seasons and your higher self.
