Community Wellbeing Workshop & Sundowner

The Shire of Chapman Valley invites all residents to an inspiring free event: Community Wellbeing Workshop & Sundowner, made possible by FRRR’s In a Good Place funding & facilitated by the Happiness Co. This dedicated two-part workshop is designed to strengthen community resilience, build supportive networks, and equip locals with practical mental health tools for life’s challenges.

Workshop 1: A Roadmap to Happiness: This session explores why we often think the way we do and provides practical ways in which we can change our mindset. The session focuses on personal responsibility and the importance and realisation of choice. We explore how our existing values and beliefs impact how we live our lives and the choices we make. This session is relatable to personal and work contexts and also explores how our mindset and how we show up impacts ourselves and others.

Workshop 2: Personal Performance & Stress Optimisation: This session explores the benefits and power of mindfulness and the impact that can have on our mental health and wellbeing. The sessions looks at how you can utilise stress to raise performance and gives practical tips on modelling success in both our work and personal lives. Explores how to create "state" to improve our performance and look at ways to help us show up better each day.
