Whether you're new to the mat and want to learn yoga basics, or a seasoned practitioner with a desire to explore and improve your practice this offering will help you refine your yoga postures. Guiding practitioners of all levels toward a safer, more effective, and deeply transformative practice. Through a combination of interactive chats, hands-on adjustments, and targeted instruction, and guided practice sessions, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your body's unique structure and how to align it optimally as we explore 2-3 postures.

Functional Principles of Alignment: How biomechanics and anatomical structures inform optimal body positioning, ensuring comfort and maximizing benefits.

Grounded Foundations: Aligning feet and legs for stability in standing poses, fostering balance and a strong connection to the Earth.
