Fitness Premier Yoga

Looking to boost your flexibility, avoid muscle strains, and feel more relaxed? Come join me for yoga classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Fitness Premier Blue Ridge at 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM! If you’re already a member, great news—yoga is included along with tons of other classes. Not a member? No problem! You can try a yoga class for just $20 with a day pass, and while you’re there, feel free to explore other classes, fit in a workout, or enjoy some time in the sauna.
