Test and Tune Race and Rules Meeting

Ok, The next test race date is the 28th of September. We will handle the rest of the rules and do some racing. I will try my best to have at least one or two Big Block Mods done so we can check them out. And getting a hold of Kevin to get some of the Parma 1/24 Sprints.
