Strings & Serenity: Yin Yoga, Reiki Healing, Live Harpist & Sound Bath

Join us for a restorative 90-minute workshop designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. The experience begins with a 75-minute, deeply meditative Yin Yoga class led by Chris, while Kevin provides hands-on Reiki healing to enhance your energetic alignment, all set to the ethereal, uplifting musical resonance of Karolyn's harp. As you emerge from the deep stretches, you'll be treated to a powerful 15-minute sound bath savasana featuring crystal singing bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, and more to completely wash away stress and leave your vibration fully elevated and harmonious.
