Workshop #1: Leading from the Inside Out: Navigating Change with Knowing, Not Knowing, and Inner Knowing

Change is constant — and often, it’s destabilizing. But what if the real work isn’t just about managing change, but leading from within as it unfolds? This retreat invites you to step into three powerful ways of orienting yourself in times of transition: Knowing, Not Knowing, and Inner Knowing.

We’ll explore:

• Knowing: Honoring your lived wisdom and trusting the ground you’ve earned.
• Not Knowing: Reframing uncertainty as fertile ground for growth and possibility.
• Inner Knowing: Tuning into that quiet, intuitive clarity that leads you when logic can’t.

Together, we’ll practice releasing what no longer serves, embracing the spaciousness of the unknown, and listening inward to the whispers that guide us. You’ll leave with practices and perspective to not only lead through change with resilience, but with openness, intention, and strategies to ensure that you and your team emerge stronger.
