Saturday Sound Immersions (offered every Saturday at 10am) are a guided relaxation experience using therapeutic sound frequencies, gentle rhythm, and intentional stillness to support the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore. As sound waves move through the body, they stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (the part responsible for rest, digestion, and repair) helping to lower stress hormones, reduce muscle tension, and quiet mental chatter.
Research shows that sound based relaxation practices can support heart rate variability, ease anxiety, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall emotional regulation. You don’t need to “do” anything, simply lie back, breathe, and allow the sound to guide your system into a state of safety and rest.
This immersion is ideal for anyone feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply in need of deep rest and relaxation. Come as you are. Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded in your body.
Mats, weighted blankets, eye masks, bolsters, pillows and water are provided.
