Join Calhoun Liberty Hospital and Big Bend AHEC for a FREE 6-week Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP™). These interactive, small-group sessions will help you build the knowledge, confidence, and tools to better manage diabetes and live a healthier life.

Each week includes engaging activities, group discussions, and practical tips to improve:

- Blood sugar and blood pressure
- Physical activity
- Medication management
- Glucose self-monitoring
- Confidence in self-care
