Winding River Sangha Meeting

At our sangha, we follow the practices of Thich Nhat Hahn's Plum Village monastery. Our weekly meetings include breath-focused insight meditation, readings from Thich Nhat Hahn and other Buddhist authors, plus a time for shared reflections.
