Program Overview:
We start with a strong foundation in Dutch Kickboxing, Filipino Boxing, and Muay Thai. No experience necessary. You'll learn in a lesson by lesson approach in an encouraging, yet competitive environment. Once you progress into level 3, you'll learn advanced techniques that include Muay Khao (more knee and elbow striking) and stand up Jiu-Jitsu. You'll then learn set ups, take downs, and submissions blending American Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Filipino Jiu-Jitsu.
Who can join:
Anyone 14 years or older is welcome to join.
We will limit our class size to 16 to ensure that you get as individualized instruction as possible. This isn't going to be Walmart MMA where we stack as many people as possible and have the audacity to call it a class.
What do I need to bring?
Hard work and a humble attitude should do it. We have all equipment that you'll need. Just wear comfortable shorts and a t-shirt. Please don't wear Muay Thai shorts unless you've earned those from an instructor test. We adhere to the Thai tradition of earning your Muay Thai shorts (you'll have the chance to do so in this training).

What are the times?
We train Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5am to 6:02am.
We will have an orientation on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 8am Gracie Barra Twin Cities.
