Therapeutic Cupping Demonstration and Instructional Workshop

Have you been curious about cupping? Here is a chance to learn more about how they work, how to use them yourself, and what you can expect from an Active Cupping session.

This 2 hour workshop is meant for anyone interested in learning more about using active cupping; whether for at-home care OR
for practitioners and body workers interested in exploring this versatile technique.

Ryane Hawkins will demonstrate how to use the silicone cups to identify and address areas of adhesion, stagnation and pain. Each participant will get a chance to practice using the cups on a person and themselves.
