Sept.- Plant-Powered Plates: Easy & Delicious Plant-Based Meals: Discover how to make vibrant, satisfying meals using whole plant foods. This hands-on class introduces simple meatless recipes that are packed with flavor, nutrition, and variety. Perfect for anyone looking to reduce meat intake or explore a plant-forward lifestyle. Skill Level: Beginner to intermediate Audience: Adults & teens (ages 14+)
Oct.- Gut-Friendly Kitchen: Cooking with Fermented Foods & Probiotics: Learn how to make your own gut-loving staples like yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, and kefir. This class explores the connection between digestion and overall health, and includes a tasting session and step-by-step demos. Skill Level: Beginner Audience: Adults
Nov.- Kitchen Explorers: Family meals, made easier: A fun, interactive cooking class where kids and adults team up to create healthy, hands-on meals together. Recipes are easy to follow, low in added sugar, and packed with fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Skill Level: All levels Audience: Families with children ages 5–16
Dec.- Mindful Meals: Cooking for Stress Relief & Mental Wellness: Explore how food and cooking can support emotional well-being. Participants will prepare calming, mood-boosting dishes using ingredients like leafy greens, omega-3s, and herbs while learning mindful eating techniques. Skill Level: Beginner Audience: Adults
