This three course brunch supports our hunger relief programs. Each of three courses contains three smaller offerings, as well as, a Cardinal Spirits paired cocktail. Vegan/Gluten free options are available, as are mocktails.
Seatings are at 11am and 1pm. Menu choices, seating choice and payment are required to make reservations. Tickets are $65 and the menu choices are:
Course 1
Croqueta de Pollo (Crispy Croquette filled with tender chicken in cream sauce), Roasted grape and Manchego crostini, Dan dan Lettuce Cup (Vegetarian noodles in dan dan sauce)
OR
V/GF options: Mushroom Croquettes (mushroom and vegan cheese), Roasted grape and vegan cheese crostini, Dan dan Lettuce Cup
Course 2
Paella stuffed roasted pepper, Pelotas en Salso Rioja (Spanish meatball in red sauce), Patatas Bravas (Crispy twice baked potatoes with Spanish tomato and garlic aioli)
OR
V/GF options: Paella stuffed roasted pepper, Eggplant and Chickpea in Roja, Patatas Bravas
Course 3
Torta de Santiago (Almond Torta), Basque cheesecake, Kullaj Style Pastry (pistachio, walnut, honey, ricotta, phyllo)
OR
TV/GF options: Torta de Santiago, Arroz con Leche (vegan rice pudding), Vegan Magdalenas (Spanish Citrus Muffin)
