New Introductory Course to the Buddhism for beginners

Gaden KhachoeShing Monastery offers New Introductory course for beginner on Buddhist philosophies and Meditation. The course will start from October 5th every Sundays.

This course will cover all the essential subjects of Buddhism for the beginner such as Three Jewels, Refuge, compassion and Bodhicitta, karmic cause and effects, three delusions, rebirth, nature of mind, Emptiness and meditation.
It will focus on how to engage Buddhist teachings in our everyday lives to achieve lasting peace and happiness.

No previous knowledge on Buddhism is required. All are welcome.
Classes are free. Donation only. Dress code: Casual comfortable
