Mexican Farm Feast with renown chef Irad Santacruz /Banquete Mexicano con Irad Santacruz

Renown chef Irad Santacruz will prepare a four-course, traditional Tlaxcala dinner for up to 40 guests at Sobremesa Farm. The event will include a tour of the 9-acre permaculture farm, and the proceeds will go to the foundation's upcoming 'New Farmer Incubation' program, which will provide immigrant, refugee, and historically underserved individuals with the tools, training, and infrastructure to succeed as small-scale farmers in Indiana.
