Looking to learn how to save a life ?

Come take a lifeguarding class with us in Bloomington MN !

Requirements 15 years old

Physical requirements (2 attempts can be made at each event)

Pre-test 150 yards; 2 min tread no hands/head above water; 50 yard swim (the swim head in the water with rhythmic breathing; can use goggles)

15 yard swim out to 10 pound brick, dive 7 feet in depth and return to start. Timed 1min 40 seconds - no goggles allowed
