LAAbor Day POUND: ALS Fundraiser

Come join us to celebrate the holiday AND raise money for a worthy cause! This fitness class not only brings the NOISE with an hour of cardio/core conditioning but 💯 of all funds raised go directly to ALS research! You’ll need a yoga mat, water and towel and we’ve got the rest! All ages and abilities are welcome 😀
