Intro to silks

In this 75-minute introductory group session, you will be led through a comprehensive full body warmup before exploring foundational wraps and shapes in the silks. Experienced instructors will provide personalized guidance and feedback to meet your needs and honor your body. Students will have an opportunity to get photos in their favorite shapes before a targeted cool down.
