Freedom From Smoking Group Quit Program

Ready to quit? Hundreds of thousands are tobacco-free through the American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking, and A New Horizon is hosting a new group quit program.

The sessions will be on Wednesdays, January 7-February 18, and Friday, January 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
