Our work at LTH, particularly with East African communities, has consistently highlighted the pervasive issue of mental health misinformation. This fuels stigma, leading to silence and isolation across many immigrant groups.

Our commitment is unwavering: we're here to dismantle these barriers by providing accurate, culturally sensitive information. We want to break the stigma that prevents so many from seeking vital help.
