Embodied Journey from Dark to Light

In this workshop, co-led by Angela Williams and Tessa Bent, you will dance your way into lightness, freedom, and joy.

We will begin with a gathering circle to connect with one another and then embark on our embodied journey together. The dance will allow you to release any heaviness or darkness from the past year and call in everything you want for the upcoming year.

The workshop will close with nourishment for the body: wassail and other solstice treats.
