Join us for the evening for a presentation from Dr. Mackenzie Lupov, MD, titled Planning for the Journey: Why End of Life Care Matters.
Dr. Lupov will offer a practical guide to end-of-life care planning, including teaching how to make sure your wishes are known, documented, and honored. Help to reduce uncertainty and ensure your voice is heard when critical moments arise.

About Dr. Mackenzie Lupov, MD:
"I was born and raised in Bloomington and attended Bloomington South High School. I went on to complete my undergraduate degree at Hanover College and my medical school at Indiana University. I completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Indiana University. I have worked as a primary care doctor, hospitalist, and hospice medical director."
