Diabetes Prevention Program Information Session

Take Charge of Your Health in 2026!
McLean County Health Department is offering a FREE, year-long Diabetes Prevention Program at the YMCA, starting this January. Participants will learn how to eat healthier, increase physical activity, manage weight, and build lasting healthy habits. No YMCA membership required.
Join our Information Session on January 7 at 3:00 PM at the YMCA, where we’ll share more details about the program and how to enroll.
