Breakfast Learning Series - Introduction to Internal Family Systems

Mental Health America of Monroe County, the Monroe County Suicide Prevention Coalition, and the Youth Services Bureau invite you to an in-person Breakfast Learning Series on Friday, December 5th from 7:30–9:00 AM. This month’s session features Kara Baertsch, MS, EdS, LMHC, who will provide an experiential introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. Attendees will explore the fundamentals of IFS, learn about internal parts and the concept of Self, and engage in experiential activities and a live demonstration.
The event will take place at the Youth Services Bureau of Monroe County (615 S Adams St, Bloomington, IN).
Coffee and breakfast will be provided. This event is free, with CEUs available for $5. We look forward to welcoming you for a morning of learning and connection.
