Bloomington Meadows Hospital – Stop Vaping Class

This virtual program for youth ages 13-17 provides education and tools to stop vaping and help develop a stop vaping plan. This two-part series will take place on Monday and Wednesday of the date you sign up and will consist of two 45-minute virtual classes—both of which are online.

Participants will develop their own Stop Vaping Plan.

Quitting vaping provides benefits for teens including:

• Improved physical health (better heart, lung and brain function)
• Increased mental well-being by reducing anxiety and depression
• Significant financial savings
• Enhanced social life and appearance
• Positive environmental impacts by reducing waste and toxic chemicals
