2025 Joint State Conference "Elevating the Bond--The Indiana Way"

On behalf of my Indiana State Leadership Team (ISLT), we are pleased to invite you to attend the 2025 Joint State Leadership Conference, scheduled for Oct 10-11, 2025, at Indiana University in Bloomington. The brothers of Omicron Nu Sigma will serve as the primary host with Epsilon Iota Chapter being the secondary host.

This state conference will be like no other as myself and Soror State Director Londra Dufor wanted to craft a unique experience to ensure that we are effectively elevating the bond as directed by the Rey-Grant Administration. Additionally, attendees will be guaranteed to return to their respective chapters with tangible insights to implement.

This 1.5-2-day event will begin with joint professional development sessions in the afternoon followed by a highly entertaining opening ceremony. The following day promises to be engaging and highly interactive where we will do a deep dive on a variety of topics specific to chapter operations. There will be content delivered from all 4 state level champions and from chapter leaders across the state. As state director, I plan to outline specifically how I was able to INcrease Impact since being in office, and my future plans to progress IN Sigma forward into 2026 and beyond. Lastly, we will conclude with a panel comprised of both collegiate and alumni brothers in various stages of their Sigma journey to discuss strategies of improving INgagement across the state.

Not only will we handle the critical business of Sigma, we will award brothers for their accomplishments, and last but not least, we will definitely fellowship!
