Pilates + Cycle = Core with Melissa and Stacy

This ultimate core-strengthening workout combines the the energy of indoor cycling with the precision of Pilates reformer. Reformer exercises targeting deep core stability plus high-intensity cycle intervals engage your powerhouse from every angle. Build lean muscle, improve posture, and develop a strong, functional core for any fitness level - modifications will be provided.
15-20 min Spinning workout paired with a 15-20 minute Pilates Reformer workout. All levels welcome. Free to Members, $10 Guests, but space is limited. Register in the app (Pop-Ups) or at the Front Desk at (813) 586-8600.
