ARMY GUIDELINES
What to Bring:
• Fully assembled army
• Physical dice (no dice apps)
• Tape measure
• Official rules (physical or digital; Wahapedia not accepted)
• Secondary mission deck and challenge cards
• Physical mission deck for rules verification
• Wound markers
• Laser pointer or line-of-sight tool
• Display tray or cart
• Mark wounds as “Wounds Remaining”
Army Construction Rules:
• 2000 points max
• Must follow “Muster Armies” rules
• Lists locked after submission
• Only GW App or New Recruit allowed
• Forge World allowed (no Titans)
• No Legends
• No Fortifications
• Must have official index/codex rules

Round Duration:
3 hours per round (1 hour 30 minutes per player)
Mission Format:
Matched Play Missions Deck 25–26
Suggested Timing Structure:
Setup & Secondaries: 5 minutes
Deployment: 10 minutes
Turn 1: 20 minutes
Turn 2: 20 minutes
Turn 3: 15 minutes
Turn 4: 10 minutes
Turn 5: 10 minutes
Painting and Modeling:
• Minimum primed to earn paint points
• WYSIWYG required
• Conversions only if recognizable
• No unrecognizable proxies
• Submit approvals before event start

PRE-EVENT PENALTIES
List Submission:
All lists must be submitted on time.
Late list = automatic 10-point deduction to Round 1.
No exceptions.
Formatting Errors:
Must be corrected before lists go public.
Illegal Lists:
• Judges apply minimal required corrections
• Intentional abuse increases penalties
Judicial Authority:
Judges may apply additional penalties if required to preserve fairness.

Penalty System:
• First Offense: Official Warning
• Second Offense: Second Warning
• Third Offense: 10-point deduction
• Further Offenses: Judge discretion
Severe or repeated issues may result in game forfeiture or removal.

UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICES
Any agreement to determine scores without playing is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in removal from the event.

TIME MANAGEMENT AND SLOW PLAY
• First Offense: Verbal warning
• Second Offense: Written warning
• Third Offense: 10-point deduction
• Additional violations: Judge discretion
Penalties apply regardless of which player causes the delay.

If a game is conceded:
• Opponent receives full points
• Conceding player receives zero
Call a judge before conceding if a dispute arises.
